With a unique freshness from the same Highland spring water we’ve used since 1887, its distinctive fruitiness comes from the high cut point William Grant always insisted upon.
Carefully matured in the finest American oak and European oak sherry casks for at least 12 years, it is mellowed in oak marrying tuns to create its sweet and subtle oak flavours.

Glenfiddich 14 YO Rich Oak
We bring a completely original finish to single malt Scotch whisky. After 14 years maturing in fine American oak casks, our Malt Master carefully selects virgin Spanish and American oak casks to release extra layers of aroma and flavour into our whisky. With precision timing and handling he allows just the right amount of sweet vanilla, soft toffee, spice and gentle nutty notes to come through. The first virgin American and European oak finished whisky in the world.

Nose - A complex harmony of fresh fruits and spices. Initial spicy oak notes follow vibrant vanilla and rich dried fruit.

Taste -Rich and sweet vanilla with a silky texture and elegant hints of fruit. Deeper and richer with time and a subtle nutty character emerges.

Finish - Nuttiness develops into a spicy oak finish.

Exemplifying our family’s tradition of innovation, our 15 Year Old expression is created using a technique pioneered by our Malt Master and its warm, spicy flavours are transformed with the alchemy of the Solera Vat.
Aged in European oak sherry casks and new oak casks, the whisky is mellowed in our unique Solera Vat, a large oak tun inspired by the sherry bodegas of Spain and Portugal.
Never emptied, and kept half full of whiskies since 1998, our Solera Vat is the culmination of curious minds and the pioneering spirit of our family. It’s also the secret behind this whisky becoming the first 15 year old expression to enter the top ten best selling single malts.

Nose - An intriguingly complex aroma. Sweet heather honey and vanilla fudge combined with rich dark fruits.

Taste -Silky smooth, revealing layers of sherry oak, marzipan, cinnamon and ginger. Full-bodied and bursting with flavour.

Finish - Satisfyingly rich with lingering sweetness.

We use fine Spanish Oloroso wood and American oak to mature this rich, intriguingly fruity and robust oak expression, but there are many more reasons why this expression is special.   Every batch is individually numbered and carefully watched over. Each has extraordinary consistency and character from an intense marrying period, and a warming, distinguished finish.   A truly exceptional single malt, the result not just of eighteen years of care and attention, but of whisky-making craft and knowledge passed down through the generations.

Nose - A remarkably rich aroma with ripe orchard fruit, baked apple and robust oak.

Glenfiddich 21 yo
Patiently matured for 21 years on‐site at the distillery, it is an exquisite, traditional Speyside whisky, rich and ripe with our Glenfiddich signature notes. But rather than bottle it, as other distillers would, our Malt Master, Brian Kinsman, hand picks selected barrels and adds a sublime finishing touch.
By finishing our 21 Year Old in Caribbean rum casks it awakens the liquid, rousing it with extra exotic notes of ginger, fig, lime and banana and a vibrant spicy toffee warmth, elevating it from something great to something extraordinary.

Nose - Intense and vanilla sweet. Floral, hints of banana, figs, rich toffee, new leather and oak.

Nose -Soft and delicate with a beautiful floral character. Spring blossom, violets, sweet peas and a subtle green leafiness.

Taste -Vibrant with a compelling balance of dry tannin and soft brown sugar vanilla sweetness. A deep oak flavour gradually builds, with hints of spice and liquorice shining through.

Glenfiddich 40 yo
An exemplary single malt. Our Malt Master handpicks some of the oldest casks in the world, marrying 40 year old vattings to craft a peerless whisky. Infinite depth and layer upon layer of aroma and flavour create a 40 year old unrivalled by other rare whiskies of this age. Each bottle is individually numbered and wrapped in hand-stitched calf leather. Each is accompanied by a leather bound book telling its 40 year old story, with certification hand-signed by our longest-serving craftsmen. Only 600 bottles are released to the world each year. Each batch eagerly anticipated by the experts.

Nose - Beautifully rich with layer upon layer of dried fruits, dark chocolate, roasted coffee and ripe black cherries. Waves of gentle wood smoke, polished leather and cloves.

Taste - Silky smooth and luxurious. Intense dried fruit notes are followed by rich fruitcake, dates, raisins and stewed apples. Over time slightly dry oak notes appear, with a hint of bitter chocolate and the faintest peat notes.

Finish - Incredibly long lasting and complex. Truly memorable.

Glenfiddich India Pale Ale
In our first groundbreaking experiment, Malt Master Brian Kinsman has proven that traditional whisky casks can still be seasoned in a pioneering way. Collaborating with a local Speyside craft brewer, Brian created a bold and zesty IPA beer to imbue our rich oak casks with extra hoppy notes. The experiment resulted in the first single malt Scotch whisky ever finished in craft IPA casks.

Innovative malt whisky with zesty citrus taste and a hint of hop. The product is well-balanced because all malt whiskies are hand selected.

Glenfiddich Project XX
A project shrouded in secrecy.

Our second experiment of the series took place privately at our Conval warehouse. Shrouded in secrecy, malt Master Brian Kinsman invited 20 whisky experts from around the world to select any expression of their choosing from the thousands of stacked casks. The final 20 chosen malts, matured in everything from port pipes to virgin bourbon barrels, have created an unusual, innovative and unexpected whisky, one that has exceeded even our expectations.

Deep gold in colour, Project XX has the warm summer fruity character of a classic Glenfiddich but then multiple personalities are revealed as the flavour of sweet cinnamon spice, almonds and rich port tannins kick in with the odd hint of liquorice.

Glenfiddich 1978 Rare Cask
The unique single malt Scotch whisky has never before been released and belongs to the Glenfiddich Rare Collection. The single cask has been nurtured by Glenfiddich’s Malt Master, Brian Kinsman, who hand-selects only a small number of exceptional casks for the esteemed collection.
To complement a whisky of this calibre, prestige and quality, each bottle is presented in a luxurious and beautiful hand crafted leather box, emblazoned with Glenfiddich’s iconic copper stag. In true bespoke fashion, each of the 159 bottles are individually numbered and each box will include a copper foiled leaflet with detailed cask information. We have just 2 bottles for the Bulgarian market.

Nose - Elegant fruit notes with subtle vanilla oak and a hint of vanilla toffee. A drop of water releases a soft spring blossom with delicate citrus and fresh fruit
